3.4 KYC Verification. 130pub is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit any documents requested as part of this process. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 130pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 130pub does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 130pub currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may change from time to time at 130pub's sole discretion.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, which may vary by payment method. 130pub targets GCash and Maya withdrawals within approximately fifteen (15) minutes of approval, subject to provider processing times and KYC status.
4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 130pub reserves the right to require alternative verification where this is not possible.
4.6 Account Funds. Funds held in your 130pub account do not accrue interest. 130pub does not act as a financial institution and your account balance is not a deposit under Philippine banking law.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by 130pub are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.2 One Bonus Per Offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each 130pub promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus credits and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotional terms will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
6.1 All games available on the 130pub Platform operate in accordance with the rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game round, 130pub reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wager placed to the Player's account. 130pub's decision in such cases is final.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 130pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10.2 130pub's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your 130pub account at the time the relevant claim arose.
10.3 130pub does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, although reasonable measures are taken to maintain platform integrity and uptime.
11.1 130pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 130pub.org/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data processing as described therein.
11.2 130pub will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary for the provision and compliance of the Platform's services.
12.1 130pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or in-platform notification.

13.1 130pub may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) 130pub is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on your account.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, 130pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon termination without cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any applicable pending wagering obligations.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 130pub Platform shall first be referred to 130pub's customer support team for informal resolution. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
